Responsible for coordinating the implementation, maintenance, and support of Clinical Systems and the development of various reports at CTI.

Support the implementation and maintenance of the CTI Clinical systems suite
Develop tools and procedures for ad hoc data assembly and reporting for Clinical systems using tools such as Jasper, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
Work with Vendor and other CTI team members to apply patches and updates to Clinical Systems
Work with Vendor and other CTI team members identify and resolve system issues or defects
Function as a liaison between end-users, vendors and IT

Training and Implementation:
Work closely with Clinical Operations and other IT team members to develop the Clinical systems to support efficiencies in study management


* Ability to interact and coordinate with multiple teams and
departments including business users and vendors
* Ability to manage multiple assignments at any given time
and coordinate shifting priorities.
* Basic knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical
* Understanding of the drug development and clinical trial
* Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice Guidelines and
applicable regulatory requirements
* Excellent organizational and record retention skills
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Bachelor of Science degree
* A degree in Computer Science, Medical Documentation or
Information Systems is preferred
